Think family portraits, weddings, babies, kids, pets, events, glamour, boudoir, schools, graduations and so on. This is not the official Queensberry view of the world, just my own. This week, 'Album of the Week' goes to Shevan J Photography! Check out this beautiful wedding, captured by Shevan's lovely photography. We love the story of how Shehara and Sachin first met too, and the cultural intermix of Buddhist, Hindu and Christian too. "Sachin and I first met  at  my 18th birthday in 2009. He had just moved to Melbourne from Sydney. He didn’t know many people at the time but fortunately had made a few friends in his first week who convinced him to come to my birthday drinks. Somehow, a month later, I was dating the random stranger from To View More >>

We're big animal lovers at Queensberry! Portrait Albums are perfect for pet and portrait photography, or even a mixture of the two.  We saw Kelly Wolfe's album as it went through the bindery, and thought you might like to see it too! Kelly has recently returned to photography and is based in North Waikato, New Zealand.  Kelly talks about the importance of having product samples. "It helps inspire ideas when we are planning a portrait session together, and also helps them start thinking about what products might best suit their own space and personal tastes – whether To View More >>

Copy Albums are easily our most popular "optional extra" and no wonder. They're a really affordable way to spread the album love around family and friends — and perfect for parents, coffee-tables and handbags. What's a Copy Album? As nearly as possible, a small replica of a larger album. You can order copies from Duo, Overlay Matted, Flushmount and Musée originals, but not Q Books or Portrait Albums. They're available in 5-inch, 7-inch and 10-inch sizes (13, 18 and 25cm) — the aspect ratio changes to suit the original. Panorama Flushmount Copy Albums, To View More >>

Lorraine contacted Nick saying that she wanted a photoshoot of her sister Janine, and to give her an album for Christmas. Nick talks about the shoot, and how he approaches photographing dogs and horses. One of Janine's horses, Kenya, had been with the family for a number of years, and Lorraine thought it would be nice to capture them together, whilst Kenya was still a fit and active horse. Of course, the other family animals, Brody the highland pony, and Jack and Louie, their two dogs, would also star in the shoot. The main difference between photographing To View More >>

These portrait shots of Georgia are so elegant and sophisticated, yet fun and playful at the same time. Georgia looks beautiful - and what a great idea to have a 'Quintessential Teenage Shoot' to celebrate her 14th birthday! Serena Bolton photographed Georgia, starting at Holland Park and ending in Serena's studio in London, UK. Check out Georgia's Duo album, with copy album to match, designed by the Queensberry Design team. As part of Georgia's birthday celebrations, her mother took her to Top Shop for a personalised shopping experience. She bought a variety To View More >>

As told to Cate Scaglione - Life As Fine Art Thanks to the digital revolution our culture is by far the most photographed generation in history. Without planning or purpose, people now take pictures simply to share them on a global scale. Sociologists are enjoying a field day over the reasons why, but certainly with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr we have so many ways to broadcast intimate moments with family, friends, pets and our last meal. Which means professional photography is becoming less relevant and less profitable, right? Or is it? The anti-selfie When a client hires a highly To View More >>

We’re truly grateful to the hundreds of photographers from around the world who took part in our Bragging Rights promotion. Here, in no particular order, are the people whose work we chose to celebrate the love and laughter, vibrant cultures, dramatic environments and compelling stories we see every day in the books and albums we make… Photojournalist Alessandro Iasevoli is based in Rome, Italy. Alessandro's images show his unique ability to capture the emotion and depth of a wedding day. We chose two weddings by Alessandro, both traditional Italian church weddings surrounded To View More >>
