Ordering through Workspace is completely free. No subscription required. You pay for the products and any optional services you choose.

There’s no need to pre-crop your photographs before uploading: choose your sizes and adjust the crop as you design or order.

We built Workspace to connect the choices you make on screen with the products we make for your clients. Album design, proofing and wholesale ordering work together, with no separate design-software subscription needed to get started.

You don’t need to prepare a separately cropped file for every print size before you start. Upload your edited photographs and use Workspace to adjust how each image fits the product or album layout you’re creating.

A square frame and a rectangular print may need different crops. Review the preview, keep important details inside the printable area and check the final composition before ordering.

Our Tier Programme rewards your ongoing purchases from Queensberry. As your purchases reach higher qualifying levels, your discount increases.

We review purchases over the previous 12 months at the end of each month. As you reach the next qualifying level, the higher discount applies to future eligible purchases. Tier discounts are earned through purchasing, not by paying for a Workspace subscription.

We believe Workspace is the ideal starting point for ordering from us: a powerful, connected design and ordering system with no subscription cost. It offers exceptional value on its own, with the option to bring more of your business into one platform later. The choice of where to design remains yours.

SmartAlbums gives you a dedicated album-design workflow with Queensberry presets. Create your design using the matching Queensberry product and size, then upload your prepared album layouts to your Queensberry account in Workspace.

1. Set up your album. Select Queensberry in SmartAlbums and choose the supported album, size and orientation you plan to order.
2. Design and review. Arrange your photographs, refine the layouts and complete your client review in your preferred workflow.
3. Prepare the layout files. Export at print quality, using the dimensions and page or spread structure required for your chosen album. Workspace accepts prepared JPEG, TIFF or PSD layout files.
4. Complete your Queensberry order. In Workspace, create the matching album with Third Party Software as the design method, upload your layouts, check their sequence and confirm the order.

If Fundy Designer is already part of how you design and present albums, keep using it. Choose the appropriate Queensberry product in Fundy, finish your album there and use Workspace to submit the prepared layouts and order details.

1. Choose the Queensberry product. Set the album size and specifications to match the album you’ll order in Workspace.
2. Build and approve the design. Use your familiar Fundy tools to arrange the images and review the album with your client.
3. Export for production. Prepare print-quality layouts, rather than web previews or proofing PDFs. Workspace accepts JPEG, TIFF or PSD layout files; use the appropriate export workflow for your chosen format and service.
4. Upload and order. Log in to your Queensberry account in Workspace, choose Third Party Software for the album, upload the prepared files and review the complete order before confirming.

Third-party layout uploads are for supported Flushmount albums. For Duo or Overlay Matted albums, use Workspace’s Album Designer or talk to us about our design service.

JPEG and TIFF layouts should be prepared for printing. If you want Queensberry to colour-correct your third-party album layouts, supply editable, unflattened PSD files. Check the required dimensions, resolution, colour profile, page or spread arrangement and file sequence for your selected album.

Upload the exported layout files, rather than the SmartAlbums or Fundy project file. Your software’s export options and licence are separate from your free Queensberry ordering account.
