As we reach our last workday before closing for the holidays we want to send you very sincere thanks for your support over the last year. While the pandemic itself is largely behind us — at least in the sense that people are generally back to “business as usual” — for much of the world the social and economic “hangover” is still with us. Some in our own industry are among those still feeling the after-effects, and our thoughts will be with them this Christmas. This week's Album of the Week is a 10x10 Classic Flushmount with Silver-Halide printing. The cover features Champagne Faux Leather and Bank Gothic Blind Embossing.  The beautiful wedding photography belongs to Simon Biffen, who got married at the very same venue himself seven years ago. Laurel and Kevin from Brisbane, Australia are totally devoted to their dogs and regularly participate in sledding. Just a couple of weeks after this photo session in the Glass House Mountains, their beloved brown eyed girl Kiah passed away. Charlotte, from Charlotte Reeves Photography, specialises in pet photography. She says, "I am so glad they have this beautiful album of their special girl and the bond she had with her doggy brother and sisters.” A lovely translucent page at the beginning of their 12x12 Flushmount album. Our right brains guide us with a heightened sensibility, to help us translate the world in an emotionally meaningful way. We’ll witness the same events and circumstances entirely differently than others, and often with more intensity. These are our blessings, except perhaps when the worst demon surfaces. Fear. All humans experience fear in one form or another. But is all fear bad? Is there such a thing as beneficial, To View More >>
