SEARCH RESULTS FOR: Upload History

Categories are a great way to divide images in a Gallery into separate sub-groups. For a wedding, for example, you might have categories called Getting Ready, Ceremony, Reception and so on. That means your clients can jump to the Ceremony images, for example, without having to scroll through hundreds of other photos. On occasion you may need to send us new or edited files for an order, and I posted the other day about how to do this in Workspace. Here's how to do the same in Photojunction. Start at the Photojunction Welcome screen. Select the Uploads tab. Select the original upload for this order, so it's highlighted. Click the "More" button and select "Upload additional images". Photojunction will open up a new window to drag and drop your files into. You will be asked to give a reason for your upload. This is something that trips people up sometimes if for some reason they need to send us new or edited files for a job. The Queensberry team doesn't have access to your Workspace account, so we can't work directly with your Workspace image collections. Instead, when you send us an order the hi res files are automatically downloaded to our local server. For the same reason, if you need to send us new or edited files, simply adding more images to your Workspace Event doesn't give us access to them. This is how to send us the new files. 1. When it comes to design we know that where you start may be not where you end up. That is why in Workspace we have a couple of features to help: First, in Workspace's Albums area you can review the design Queensberry's done, share it with your clients, and pass back any comments and edits to us. Second, you may have a change of heart and want to include additional files that weren't uploaded to Workspace in the initial round. I've talked about Photojunction and Workspace. Now may I introduce you to Queensberry Lab Direct. This downloadable program is for Aussie and Kiwi photographers to order print products (traditional prints, canvases and fine art inkjet) from us. The difference between Lab Direct and the Workspace shopping cart system is that with Lab Direct, you are placing a wholesale order and paying for it yourself, whereas in Workspace it's your client placing the order, and paying the retail price that you set.
