This is something that trips people up sometimes if for some reason they need to send us new or edited files for a job. The Queensberry team doesn't have access to your Workspace account, so we can't work directly with your Workspace image collections. Instead, when you send us an order the hi res files are automatically downloaded to our local server. No-one likes piracy, so how can you stop people stealing your digital images? There is only one sure method: Store your data on a computer in a secure office - and don't connect it to the internet. When it comes to design we know that where you start may be not where you end up. That is why in Workspace we have a couple of features to help: First, in Workspace's Albums area you can review the design Queensberry's done, share it with your clients, and pass back any comments and edits to us. Second, you may have a change of heart and want to include additional files that weren't uploaded to Workspace in the initial round. The latest PJ Remix beta was released last week. Here are links to three great new features: the ability to add text to layouts, the ability to import PSDs as images (instead of JPEGs) and templates, and a function to create proof sheets. Following the recent webinar covering the Problem Reporter, I decided to cover the problems that happen AFTER the Reporter. First you might encounter problems exporting. Once you get those resolved, you need to send your order. Should be easy enough, and usually it is, but sometimes you can have problems there too.
