Pinterest isn’t just a place for recipes or DIY crafts—it’s a powerful search engine and marketing tool for photographers. Pinterest offers a visual-first platform that’s tailor-made for showcasing your photography, attracting dream clients, and driving traffic back to your website. Think of Pinterest as a visual search engine Pinterest works more like Google than Instagram. When people search for ideas like “outdoor engagement shoot” or “newborn photo ideas,” Pinterest shows them curated results based on keywords and visuals. Hello to our USA friends! A quick update to confirm that we intend to absorb the additional cost of the tariffs, to support our valued clients. We’re grateful for your business, and we want the relationship to continue long into the future!  I hesitated to provide an update earlier because the situation is still changing. In fact a 90-day pause on “reciprocal” tariffs has just been announced on all countries except China. However the situation as it affects us has not changed since the original announcement. We have never taken sides in political matters. As small business To View More >>

In many markets Covid is likely to limit the size of weddings —  and therefore wedding photography — for some months yet. And with all the restrictions and uncertainty many weddings are likely to be postponed until next season. But there's an upside! Any 2020 weddings delayed until 2021 and 2022 could make those years busier than normal! Which will be a great "problem" to have, as long as you can cope with the extra work. What that means…  • This year albums will be very important as a way to maximise revenue and profit from wedding clients — both current To View More >>

Last Update 12 August, 2020 Hi everyone, As you may know, after a local community outbreak Auckland is back to Covid Level 3, at least until the end of this week, with the rest of New Zealand at Level 2. As previously, we are able to continue working under Level 3, but with certain limitations: — All our “desk-based” staff, including customer support, order processing, admin, colour correction and album design can now work from home, and will continue to do so. — We cannot allow customer contact of any kind. That includes order pickups from the Bindery. — Our Bindery To View More >>

Updated December 13. We think four words describe Studio Albums — simple, affordable, contemporary, speedy! They've generated a lot of excitement, and had us thinking hard, s o here’s what we mean by Studio Albums, and where we’re going with the range. Watch out for introductory offers, coming soon. Contemporary Don’t get us wrong, we love the grandeur of a large album — but there’s no denying the appeal of smaller sizes. With Studio Albums we’re embracing the trend with two new size, 9x9 and the gorgeous 12x9, our new favourite. To View More >>

We love seeing our books and albums used for out-of-the-ordinary projects, so were delighted when Doyle Yachts asked us to create a book to promote their handmade sails. Months later and we get to share it with you. We love how powerful the full bleed pages look, and think this is going to really help set them apart. Doyle chose to order two 12x12 Q Book Lights, and asked us for a complete 80 page design (160 sides). This meant we had enough room for large images, but also space to incorporate text throughout the design to explain different aspects of the sails. Projects To View More >>
