Whether it’s their first enquiry, the day of the shoot or the day they receive their beautiful prints, every interaction with your client shapes their impression of you and your brand. Here’s a straightforward process to analyse and improve your client experience, step by step. 1. Understand the customer journey Start by listing all the steps your clients take when working with you — their initial enquiry, the booking, your pre-shoot communications, the shoot itself, and product selection and delivery. Hi Everyone, This is a quick message to let you know that New Zealand will be moving from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28th April, which means we will be able to reopen production at that time, with strict guidelines to keep our staff safe. Thank you everyone for your patience over the lockdown, and special thanks to those who followed our advice and continued to send their orders in. You — and those whose work we couldn’t deliver before lockdown started — will be at the head of the line on the 28th. And if you do have orders to send, please do so as soon as you To View More >>

When we first launched Print Shop in Workspace people asked, “How do I know which images will sell? And which products?” They're excellent questions — and yes we do have ideas about what works, because we print and create the products! But we can't generalise. Every photographer is different and so is every photographer's work and audience. You need to find what works for you. Let's be clear, this is not expensive. It's not like you're stocking a shop with stuff that might or might not sell. In Print Shop everything will be printed and handmade To View More >>

It’s been over 18 months since we launched our frame range, and it’s time for the next step. We’ve been absolutely delighted with the response so far, but we want to do even better, and we’re pretty excited to get started! We’ll be announcing updates as they’re ready to go live, but here's an overview of what’s coming up — plus an invitation to send us your own feedback and suggestions. 1. With the benefit of experience we’re introducing new glazing options. From today, for shipments within New Zealand, we’re moving to To View More >>

New square frames! After feedback on our Facebook group, Queensberry Insider, we realised we needed more square sizes in our range. They're a great idea for multi-aperture displays, as in the graphic, and also in frame groupings. We've launched three new sizes to fill the gaps: 16x16, 20x20 and 24x24. The new sizes offer all our options — matted, un-matted, floating (torn-edge) and mounted canvas. You can order frame corners here or order a completed sample frame here. We offer 25% sample discount on frames, and regular customers can earn Tier Discount on their To View More >>

How do you design a Queensberry album? Well, we can design it for you, or you can do it yourself using third party software like Fundy or SmartAlbums, our desktop application Photojunction, or the Workspace Album Designer. But — let's be frank — until now the Workspace design feature has been just a little underpowered! We've been working hard to change that, however, and we reckon Workspace Album Designer is turning into a powerful and intuitive program that for many people could just be their best choice. You've sent your album design to your client for proofing, now what? Using a proofing system could be a little daunting if you've never done it before, so we've created a tutorial specifically for your clients to follow so that you can get their feedback and order the album. We've even made it so when your client opens up their album design, the tutorial will appear in front of them so there's no need to do anything. Do you have any feedback? We regularly update album proofing to make it work better for you. Contact us if you have any comments or suggestions. Victoria To View More >>

Workspace Album Proofing takes the hassle out of communicating with your clients about their album design. It's a transparent and intuitive way for them to communicate their requests for changes and, when they're ready, to approve the design so you can confirm their album order. New functionality and a simplified interface make Workspace a great solution for managing your Queensberry album designs. And if you're not using Workspace for image hosting and sales you won't need a paid plan to use it. Updates to Comments: Comments are organised To View More >>

We’ve just released the Queensberry Help Centre, a new resource where photographers can get answers 24/7 about things Queensberry and Workspace — everything from detailed product information to helpful video tutorials. Click here to check it out, or go to your Workspace Dashboard and click on Support. The Help Centre is a work in progress, and we’d love your feedback and suggestions for additional content. Over the next few weeks we’ll be reviewing all content for relevance, clarity and accuracy. For now the “other software” category remains in the To View More >>

If you're a regular user you’ll have noticed big changes to Workspace over the last few weeks. We introduced a stack of functional changes, especially to the album set-up and client website pages, but also... 1. We've improved the navigation, so the important stuff is easier to find. We're hoping the BUY and SELL tabs help direct you to the most important functions in Workspace for many people — ordering from Queensberry, and setting up a shopping cart to make your own sales. Alongside are direct links to your image galleries, your book and album designs, and your website, To View More >>
