2020 Holiday Guidelines

"Happy Holidays!" – They'll be on us faster than we think, and your clients will definitely want their books, boxes, albums, frames, canvases and prints in good time.

"Go to the front of the line!" — that's what we recommend every year. Our orders go up 3-400% before Christmas, and, since most of what we do is handmade to order, we publish these guidelines in the interests of a low-stress lead-up to the holidays.

Don't worry though — these are guidelines, not deadlines. We generally get orders out that we receive way past these dates. But ordering early does mean you go to the front of the line, and minimises the risk of delays due to out-of-stock materials, freight hold-ups, image file problems etc. Which means minimum stress all round!

Our 2020 Holiday Guidelines

1. Christmas closing and reopening dates:

We close – 12pm 22nd December.
We reopen – Monday 11th January 2021.

We will have a small team returning earlier to process orders and answer support questions, so everything is ready for our return.

2. Books and albums — if we're designing them for you

Please submit your design orders by 28th October. Approve the design by 13th November, and confirm and pay for the order within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation documents. Please reply to all confirmation emails or queries promptly to ensure that your order is not held up.

Please place your orders by 13th November, and confirm and pay within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation documents. Please reply to our confirmation emails and queries promptly.

4. Other products

Frames and Boxes: Order by Friday December 4th
Canvases: Order by Friday December 5th
Loose prints: Order by Monday December 14th

(We will accept loose print orders until 21 December but cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.)

5. Samples for January

If you have bridal fairs or expos coming up, please submit your orders by the above dates so we can ship them before close down.
