Whether you’re just getting started with Queensberry, or you've been with us a while and want to revamp your product offering, we know it can all seem a bit daunting.

Especially for newbies there's a lot to learn — new ordering systems, new terminology, different page types, optional extras etc.

Don't worry, we're here to help, and it's not that hard really! One of the few good things to come out of 2020 is that we're now all used to Zoom calls, and you can now pre-book these with us at a time to suit you. A one-on-one "face-to-face" session is a great way to get you sorted.

For now we're focusing on the topics listed below. Please check them out, and if you have any questions, email us!

1. Introduction to Queensberry

Brand new to Queensberry? Not sure about the products we offer, or which ones will be best for you? In this 30 minute demo session we'll walk you through our website, resources and product lines to help answer those questions.

Often, we'll suggest a follow up session to help you place your first order, just to ensure everything goes smoothly!

2. Your first order

Ready to order your first book, album or box? Want to be sure you're doing everything right? Book a 20 minute session so we can work through your first Queensberry order with you.

Note, this session is not for print, frame and canvas orders. Please click here for more about ordering those products.

3. Customisation

Want to develop your own studio look? Add your studio name and brand? Personalise products for your customers? Stand out from the crowd? That's what we're here for!

Book a 30 minute consultation to discuss the options available and your own creative ideas.

4. Queensberry refresh

Up and running with Queensberry, but ready for a reboot — something new to offer clients and get your creative juices flowing?

We'll take a look at your current product line with you, discuss what's working and what's not, and suggest new possibilities.

Thanks for reading, and don't forget you can always email or call our free phone numbers any time. Our customer service team is waiting to help!
