The four-week New Zealand COVID-19 shut-down starts 26 March. And since announcing that Queensberry's production will be on hold for the duration we’ve had lots of people asking whether Print Shop will be available. It's obviously unfortunate timing, but the short answer is yes. However, order deliveries will be delayed. Print Shop functionality will remain active in Workspace, and we encourage you to continue setting up — not just Print Shop but also, if you haven't done so yet, your standard Image Gallery shopping carts. The shut-down of person-to-person To View More >>

We thought we should explain where we’re heading in terms of product development over the next few months. There'll be more to come for sure about other products, but this is it for albums. For now! And although we’re working on major updates, especially to our Flushmount and Studio ranges, regular customers will be pleased to know we’ll be tidying up a few anomalies and aggravations in our systems and resources as we go. Please treat what follows as a road map, not a timetable. We’ll make further announcements as things are released. And of course, there’ll To View More >>

To us, an album is a purchase that matters. A personal treasure about a special moment in time. To enjoy, to share and to pass on. But in a changing world we understand that not everyone wants a grand album, and that for many of us our tastes and lifestyles have moved towards “smaller is better”. That’s why we’ve been focusing on how our product range can accommodate this trend ... and re-imagining our Portrait Album. We've taken the good parts of that range (streamlined workflow, simple unbundled offering, competitive pricing, fast delivery) and brought new ideas to the To View More >>

UPDATED: corrected an error with the Faux Leather selection. We're getting ready to introduce new cover material and embossing options, and we're pretty excited about it. But first we need to say goodbye to some of the existing range. It's hard turning our back on things we love, but we need to make way for the new. And normally the reason is simple … not enough sales. The good news is that the discontinued materials will be available "while stocks last". We just won't be reordering them, and we won't be including them in our swatches, which we're To View More >>

Pagemount vs Overlay We offer a few types of matted album — Overlay Matted, Duo and Musée —and one of the important differences between them is whether the prints are mounted Overlay or Pagemount style. So what's the difference? Overlay: Industry-wide, almost all matted albums are overlay mounted, so overlays may not be new to you. Details may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but the photographs are attached behind the mat, which covers and conceals the edge of the prints. You can see this clearly in the first photograph. To View More >>

There's no substitute for display samples that your customers can touch and feel, but you can give your clients a wider "trade show experience" in your marketing materials and website with our new stock image downloads. They're free to use anywhere you're selling. Download our PSD layouts, add your own imagery to our layout shots, and you'll have a virtual product complete with your own photography! Maybe you can even help your clients envisage their purchase by using images from their own shoot. It's quick and easy in Photoshop, and we'll To View More >>

Here’s how to get instant answers to urgent questions like these (oh, and read on for our special offer!): Have you received my order? Is my album in production? When will it be shipped? How can I track it in transit? How do I make a payment? We’ve added a MY QUEENSBERRY ACCOUNT button to your Workspace Dashboard that gives you direct access to all that information and more. It’s the same live data our staff have access to, but you won’t have to wait for us to receive your enquiry and reply. Especially if we’re in way different time zones! For a while now we've been asking people to complete a questionnaire when they register on our site. It's optional, and not everybody does, but still the results are so striking I thought I might share some of the charts. It seems that the people checking us out are a little different to the typical "professional" … and that many people don't realise there's plenty to Queensberry beyond books and albums. 1. In the age of Mr Google we're proud that most people say they found us — not through search, or advertising — but through good To View More >>
