SEARCH RESULTS FOR: Up-selling

We believe that the best way to sell albums and other products is to create a tailored line that suits your market, personal imagery and brand. And we’ve realised that one little thing standing in the way is that you can’t customise our current cover material swatches to help you do that — select products, materials and colours, and then guide your clients to the right choice. So we've decided to relaunch our cover swatches to suit. We're now offering two different cover swatch tools, to choose your materials and to display them beautifully to clients.  The first is To View More >>

“Art is the most intense mode of individualism that the world has known.” – Oscar Wilde In this series we shine a light on artists expressing their individuality, documenting what they love, working hard on their craft, and sharing it with the world. Chris Glaze is an Auckland born and raised landscape photographer who travels New Zealand and the world, exploring and capturing what the earth has to offer. How did you get started in photography? I’ve had an interest in photography from a young age. I first really took it seriously when I went backpacking for three years – To View More >>

“Art is the most intense mode of individualism that the world has known.” – Oscar Wilde In this series we shine a light on artists expressing their individuality, documenting what they love, working hard on their craft, and sharing it with the world. We took a deep dive into Auckland-based landscape and automotive photographer, Josh Hilliam’s mind to discuss his process of chasing down the wild coastline. How did you get started in photography? For me, photography started with playing around with a GoPro and a building obsession for aesthetic looking photos. It became a To View More >>

Elisha and Abby are the photography and film duo at Woodlands Creative, and to put it simply, they love capturing love!  We saw this lovely album as it went through the Queensberry bindery, a 12x12 Panorama Flushmount album with silver halide printing and a cover of Bronze Metallic Faux Leather with Bank Gothic embossing. "Rather than just showing up on the day," Elisha and Abby say, "it's important to connect and build a trusting friendship with couples to be able to show how amazing their unique love story is!" Based on the Central Coast of NSW, they To View More >>

Some Workspace users have more than one account (separate brands for their wedding and portrait businesses, for example). Some busy studios have several people working in the same Workspace account (photographers, designers, sales people, for example). And some users do work for the owners of multiple Workspace accounts (album designers, editors, site managers, for example). In all those scenarios the Workspace Accounts and Users function makes life very easy. Save 40% on your annual Workspace subscription. Just quote WS40 when subscribing or updating. To View More >>

We spoke with Californian photographer and mentor, Glenn Lee Robinson, about what makes a good mentor, how mentors have helped him, and what advice he’d give to those seeking one. Glenn began taking photographs in 2010, when his friend gave him a canon DSLR. He quickly fell in love with the hobby and soon turned professional, photographing graduations, portraits and weddings. In 2015, he discovered the exhilaration and satisfaction of capturing outdoor landscapes. Now, his Hike & Shoot initiative focuses all his energy. Glenn puts his success down to being interested and resourceful, To View More >>

Towards the end of last winter, photographer Rachael Brown hired a small camper, and set off on an adventure around the North Island of New Zealand. Her goal: to photograph families in their homes for her series This is Home, inspired by the photos that Rachael's Dad took when she was growing up. Rachael has spent many hours flicking through those photographs. They evoke in her a strong sense of nostalgia, and she hopes her own images will have the same effect on the families she photographs. Four years ago Rachael had a complete shift in how she captured family connection. As a mum she felt To View More >>

“A picture is worth a thousand words; A fine art print so much more.” - Steve Denby My daughter Alexandria has just returned from a trip through South East Asia. Stephen and I had been waiting impatiently at home for updates, occasionally getting a few photos on Facebook and Instagram — her way of checking in, letting us know that everything was okay. When she returned we could finally look through all her photographs. A computer filled with images, captured moments, potentially some of her favorite memories. It just didn’t feel right though. There's To View More >>

We admit it - we’re excited to see that our gorgeous new boudoir project has been outed on social media, and we’ve been overwhelmed with enquiries. We’re very grateful, thank you, it’s just happened a little faster than we’d planned, so this is to let you know where we're up to! We’ve finished product design and pricing, but are still working our way through the web site, price calculators and ordering system, which means we may not be able to answer all your questions right now. Still, here are some links you can check out now... 1.Most To View More >>
