Ok it's not the same as getting a new iPhone for Christmas but for the inner Photojunction tech support geek it gets pretty close. Same with all you power users out there I reckon. For me the big one is the first... A new shortcut for choosing standard aperture sizes Instead of selecting an aperture size from the pop-up menu you can now use keyboard shortcuts to increase or decrease an aperture to the next standard size. • For Mac OSX Command+Shift+I and Command+Shift+K • For Windows Control+Shift+I and Control+Shift+K. Next we have not one, not two but three new right-click functions [caption To View More >>
We regret to say the fibre connection to our print lab has just been cut. As a consequence our FTP upload service has been disrupted and you will not be able to upload orders from Photojunction until it is repaired. Our lab team is also out of email and phone contact. Our Bindery staff are still able to communicate and Workspace is operating normally. We are moving staff between sites so that we can get tech support back up and running within an hour or so. We are working on this urgently and will advise when we know how long the repair will take, but we expect it to be a matter of several hours. To View More >>

We're constantly reinventing Queensberry to make things better, simpler, faster and more creative. In the mid-1990s we threw away the rule book and started making our albums to order. In 2000 we cut out the middle-man and began developing the world’s only worldwide door-to-door service to professional photographers. In 2001 we released Photojunction. In 2003 we were pioneers in the album printing business. (We’re still To View More >>

I was talking to Pete at the lab who said we’ve had an influx of album design orders recently. Pete's a funny guy and he said that in some orders the client was even sending "the kitchen sink", a bit of Kiwi humour that denotes one who is going a bit over the top. As it happens a lot of new people have been trying the service as a result of a special we ran, and a few have sent us several hundred images to put in an album with maybe 15 pages. They’re obviously expecting us to select the images for the album, so we thought maybe a post on how we work might make it easier for you. A few years To View More >>

In part this post is for the locals - us Kiwis and the Aussies from across the ditch. There's more below for those of you currently enjoying Summer… If you love Queensberry's album printing, why use another lab for everything else? We believe in consistency across the board. The same lovely people will do your colour correcting and printing. Depending on what you order, everything will be printed on the same machines. Turn around times are short and you will be talking to the same customer service team. We offer a range of traditional silver halide prints, canvas and fine art inkjet printing, To View More >>
