Things are more normal now than last year — no more lock downs! But we're still very cautious because the world isn't completely back to normal, and as much as we try to mitigate supply challenges and courier delays they’re still a challenge.
We suggest that you play it cautious too. Please start your holiday promotions early and send the orders promptly so we can deliver in plenty of time.

Books and Albums
Book and Albums designed by Queensberry:
If you’re using the Queensberry Design service, please have your orders in by the 26th of October and the album designs approved by the following dates:
Shipping to US/UK: Thursday 10th November
Shipping to Western Australia: Friday 11th November
Shipping to NZ and Australia: Monday 14th November
Book and Albums designed by you in Workspace or Third-Party Software:
Please place your book and album orders by the following dates:
Shipping to US/UK: Thursday 10th November
Shipping to Western Australia: Friday 11th November
Shipping to NZ and Australia: Monday 14th November
Books and albums need to be confirmed and paid for within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation documents and invoice so they can go into production as soon as possible.
Prints, Boxes and Wall Art
Bulk Studio Box & Print Box orders: Please place your Bulk Box orders by the 10th of November
Frames, Canvases and Single Box orders: Saturday, 3rd December
Large Format Prints and Loose Matted Prints: Saturday 10th December
Small Format Loose Prints: Thursday 15th December
We will accept small loose print orders until 21st December and aim to have them shipped before we close, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Consolidated Orders For Shipping To Schools
We receive thousands of school orders at this time of year. If you're using our specialist order consolidation service (i.e. we collate individual orders into one bulk shipment to you or the school) please follow these guidelines to ensure we have enough time to complete, check and deliver your orders before schools close down.
For schools where you expect less than 100 orders, please set the cut off date in Workspace to 5 days before you want the consolidated orders to ship.
For schools with more than 100 orders expected, please set the cut off date in Workspace to 9 days before you want the consolidated orders to ship.
Couriers will also be very busy, so please allow plenty of time in transit, working back from the day you need to deliver your orders.
Other Details
Orders Placed After Holiday Deadlines
As always we will continue to accept orders after our holiday deadlines and try to ship them before we close for the year. Orders not completed before close down will be first in line when we return in the New Year.
Annual Holiday Close Down Dates
This year Queensberry will be closing for our annual summer holiday on the afternoon of the 22nd of December NZT and opening again on the 9th of January, with a small skeleton crew coming in early to prep the orders.
