Here are three photos that won’t mean much to you but mean everything to me. They explain why I love wedding albums. The first is from my parents’ wedding in 1945, a beautiful sepia print in a classic folder. Young as he looks, Dad had just returned from five years at war. The girl on the left is his younger sister. Seven years later she married the young man on the right. Like my parents they were together for 55 years. The other woman is my mother’s best friend. "I'm going to interview Simon Whitten while I'm in the UK," I said to Heather, "Short story - what springs to mind?" "Stately homes ... panoramic images ... simple, classic album designs," she said. Simon has established a solid business at the very top of the UK wedding market, and what struck me about our conversation was his confidence and clarity in talking about it. To succeed in this business requires a lot more than photographic passion and skills. You need a clear understanding of your market position, your clientele and where they come from, your brand and how you project it. The low To View More >>

After reading over Nadine’s heartfelt description of her wedding day, it quickly became clear that Nadine and Pascal’s wedding was filled with a great deal of love and emotion. The entire day was a beautiful celebration of their love for one another  - a true love story! The wedding ceremony was held at Les Trois Glands in Luxembourg, which was a special moment Nadine describes very beautifully... “Discovering Pascal at the Trois Glands was a very big moment.” Nadine says, “I look at him already from far away… yes, this is the man of my life, looking To View More >>
