A beautiful memento of four very loved huskies! Laurel and Kevin from Brisbane, Australia are totally devoted to their dogs and regularly participate in sledding. Just a couple of weeks after this photo session in the Glass House Mountains, their beloved brown eyed girl Kiah passed away. I was talking to Simon, one of our album layout designers, about how the team were finding the new Workspace album proofing feature. You created the perfect album. Except the size is wrong. Your clients have changed their mind. They still love the layout, but they want a different book. It isn't the ideal situation. It's actually why I prefer consulting the couple BEFORE laying out their book. Design for what they definitely want versus what you hope they will want. But alas, you're here. You've designed your album. You've created your exports. You're ready to upload. One key step you need to add: check your print files! Open your exports in Photoshop. Double check your alignment and image placement. Make sure the correct images are on the layouts. View them at 100%. Double check for pixelation. Are your files the correct color profile for your printer? They should be Adobe 1998 for Queensberry. Have you used our soft proof profile to double check your colour (you can download them here)? After Catherine and Michael became engaged at the Islington Hotel in Hobart it was the obvious choice when they chose to elope. Vimal & Meenal had their Hindu wedding ceremony on the 4th of June 2010, with their registry and reception the next day at the Banqueting House in Whitehall, London. Here's a beautiful press book of a collection of landscapes and seascapes on the West Coast of Scotland, photographed by Simon Mark Whitten of Firehorse Photography.
