Over the past few weeks we've been working on resources to help support you with your marketing. Today we're launching our first Social Media Marketing Kit. This first kit includes twelve unique designs for sales promotions. As you can see it's focused on albums and prints, but it's easy to swap out the text and images in Photoshop for your own purposes. They can be used on Instagram and Facebook, or included in your marketing ads. Over the next few weeks we'll be launching more resources, so stay tuned. We hope you like them! Queensberry and COVID-19 Update: Wednesday March 25th 2020 Hello everyone, In response to the COVID-19 pandemic the New Zealand Government has put the country on an “Alert Level 4” lockdown for at least four weeks effective tonight (details below). As a result we can now confirm that as of this afternoon the Queensberry Print Lab and Bindery will be on hold for that time. Many of our staff are already working from home, and today the rest of the team are busy sending out as much work as possible before they too self-isolate at home. Please continue to send in your orders, which we will To View More >>

Here to help Yes, we have a support team ready to deal with your feedback, questions and problems . And although sometimes it feels easiest to speak to someone directly, often it's better to message the team, or look up our online resources. (Often it's quicker too, especially if you're on the other side of the world in a completely different time zone.) I'll discuss all three here, but however you contact us, we're definitely here to help! If you phone, and we don't pick up, please leave a message When you call one of our free phone numbers, we're To View More >>

Will your 2015 album sales predict how well you do next year? Many photographers struggle with album sales, and David and Luke Edmonson freely admit they've struggled too … but not any more. Their 2015 WPPI Masterclass, sponsored by Queensberry, is about the tremendous impact that selling albums can have on your bottom line. We’re running a survey to support them with up-to-the-minute data about how well photographers are doing with album sales, and what’s standing in the way of them doing even better. Several weeks ago, engaged couple Janet and Chip hit the streets of New York and the Museum of Natural History with their photographer Parris Whittingham for a pre-wedding engagement session. After seeing their proofs of the shoot, the couple decided to commission two 9×9 matted albums as wedding gifts for their parents. Parris says, "With the support of Queensberry, we were able to custom design and receive these exquisite parent albums in record time…" Our congratulations and best wishes to Janet and Chip as they wed this weekend - 8 May, 2010. We are about to release a new version of Photojunction that will no longer support Macintosh pre-Intel PowerPCs, which were discontinued in 2006. This is necessary so that we can upgrade the Photojunction development environment, which no longer supports PowerPCs. If you are running a Windows PC you won't be affected. If you're running an Intel-based Mac you won't be affected either. All Macs have been Intel-based since 2007, so if your computer is newer than that you're fine. If you're not sure you can check by going to About This Mac under the Apple menu. We have announced that this is coming To View More >>
We regret to say the fibre connection to our print lab has just been cut. As a consequence our FTP upload service has been disrupted and you will not be able to upload orders from Photojunction until it is repaired. Our lab team is also out of email and phone contact. Our Bindery staff are still able to communicate and Workspace is operating normally. We are moving staff between sites so that we can get tech support back up and running within an hour or so. We are working on this urgently and will advise when we know how long the repair will take, but we expect it to be a matter of several hours. To View More >>

DHL recently announced that they are discontinuing their US domestic service (U.S Express) to focus on their more profitable international services. However this change won’t affect our service to you. That’s because the only services affected are DHL shipments being sent from one US location to another. We ship all our international orders direct from our bindery in New Zealand and DHL have assured us that this change won’t affect you or us in any way. We’re working hard to get as many orders as we can dispatched before our December close-down. Rest assured that our expected delivery times To View More >>
