We've made some much-requested changes to our Q Book range: • We've added two extra sizes, A4 and A3. A few clients have told us that they prefer to export their own printing files (page layouts) in Photojunction, but the "Export" button seems to have disappeared. So what have we done with it? Whether the Export button appears or not is dependent on whether you or we (Queensberry) are to do the exporting, and that depends on the option you choose in the Service dropdown menu during album set up. I was working with a client last evening sorting out their album design, and yet again marveling at PJ Remix. We were looking at what we might do with their design to take it away from the ordinary. We regret to say the fibre connection to our print lab has just been cut. As a consequence our FTP upload service has been disrupted and you will not be able to upload orders from Photojunction until it is repaired. Our lab team is also out of email and phone contact. Our Bindery staff are still able to communicate and Workspace is operating normally. We are moving staff between sites so that we can get tech support back up and running within an hour or so. Improved image uploading is probably the biggest deal in this release of Queensberry Workspace, but have a play and judge for yourself. It’s free to try! If you reopen an album in Photojunction after sending to Queensberry, you'll notice it's "locked" and cannot be modified. Why? Because if you were to make changes to the album after we've received the order, we'd be making something different, which would certainly cause us confusion – you, us, or all of us – as you can imagine. One of the most useful features of Workspace is album proofing. You can proof books and albums you've designed in Photojunction, and also Queensberry books and albums you've designed in Workspace. In the FREE account you can proof Queensberry books and albums, but to proof a non-Queensberry album, you need a Workspace "Basic" subscription, which will cost you $10 per month.
