Go to the front of the line! Our orders go up 3-400% before Christmas, so for a low-stress lead-up we recommend sticking to the following timeline.

Please submit your design order by 26 October. Approve the design by 14 November, and confirm and pay for the order within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation documents. Please reply to all confirmation emails or queries promptly to ensure that your order is not held up.

Samples for January:
If you have bridal fairs or expos coming up in January, please submit your sample album orders by the above dates so we can send them before we close down.
Please order by these dates to ensure we can ship before closedown:
Frames and Boxes: December 9
Canvases: December 13
Loose prints: December 16
(We will accept loose print orders until 18 December but cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.)
Christmas closing and reopening dates:
Close – Friday 20 December.
Reopen – Monday 13 January 2020.
We will have a small team returning earlier to process orders and answer support questions, so everything is ready for our return.
Guidelines, not deadlines! Just to reassure you, yes — we generally get orders out that we receive way past those dates. But by ordering early you go to the front of the line, and minimise the risk of delays due to out-of-stock materials, image file problems etc. Giving us plenty of time to ensure everything's correct means minimum stress all round!
