Value Imagine if you said, “I want you to pay me what you think I’m worth.” Most people would imagine themselves out of business. We need to tell our clients what we’re worth, and live up to our rhetoric. What is the value of your work to people who don’t know you, or how much they should be paying? The value of a compelling and authentic brand is that it tells people the price of entry and helps them see it’s worth To View More >>

Love and other emotional drivers — like the desire for connection, significance, family pride, and the human need to remember and be remembered. My Dad wanted a photo of my mother to fit in the breast pocket of his battle tunic in North Africa. Eighty years later I still have it. They married after the war. We have a few formal group photos. We got a call from the Bindery team, who were blown away by Erin from Acorn Photography's new sample album. After seeing it ourselves we knew we had to ask Erin if we could share it... "Chelsea and Kirk tied the knot with a beach wedding in Thailand,"   says Erin. "The day was filled with partying under palm trees, and dining on the beach. A small village right at the edge of the forest, with backyard doors almost always opened straight into the woods. It was there that Petr from NZICESCAPES IMAGES spent his childhood. It was an everyday playground that would have been a childhood dream. Being out there all the time seeded Petr's love for the outdoors. When he turned 18 he was gifted a camera from his parents – a Russian Zenith with black and white film in it. From then on Petr spent his days taking pictures of anything around him. It was those influences, combined with his urge to show To View More >>

Last weekend we had the pleasure of sending Michelle along as a Queensberry representative to Kate Robinson's 'Planted With Light' photography workshop and seminar. We had a taster range of albums, books and lab products on display and Michelle happily chatted with the attendees throughout the day. Kate's workshop was meticulously planned and delivered. At the start, Kate said that she would be open and sharing with her business and photography knowledge.  She was true to her word! Topics covered included marketing, planning, preparing and managing a wedding shoot, paperwork and administration, To View More >>

They received their album a few weeks ago and they couldn’t be more thrilled. Brendan and Sophie wed at Souljians Estate Winery here in Auckland, New Zealand. It was a perfect day celebrated with close friends and family. Their album has edged pages and protective corners, unique to any Classic Matted Album. Brendan and his groomsmen arrived in style in an old school chevrolet. Both the ceremony To View More >>

We've just updated Workspace with some beautiful new viewing options for your client website. The slideshow view hasn't changed but we've increased the image size in the standard thumbnail view, and added two options that we know you'll love - Square and Masonry. So you can see the difference I've made three screen shots with the same images (by James Yeats-Brown).
