Enquiries are handled by the next available staff member or forwarded to the person best able to help you (eg a Photojunction, Workspace or Print specialist). We normally respond by email but set up screen-share / skype / phone sessions if required.

If you have a problem with any of our programs or software it's important to report it either through Report Bug/Feedback under the Help menu in Photojunction, or email us about any concerns with Workspace.

If you can carefully describe what you were doing and the problem you encountered this gives us a much better chance to track down any potential bug and find a solution.
