We have been running Live Help for a few weeks now and the response has been overwhelming. If you spot the little green button on most of our website links, click on it to connect with one of our team who can help with your queries. It certainly cuts out the emails, and we enjoy talking to you guys. If the button is grey it means we're not on line or are all busy right now, so just write your query and and we will answer with an email as soon as we possibly can. Help is never too far away. Cheers, Pete

I am trying to design my first album in Workspace and have a ? - what is the difference between overlay and pagemount?  I am assuming that overlay is the page style with the matt that lies on top of the photo and that pagemount would be where the photo is glued on top of page (like Leathercraftsment)?  Am I correct?

Hi Josephine. Page mount is where the image is trimmed to be slightly smaller than the hole in the mat. It then sits recessed and attached to the base page. The base page colour creating a framed effect around the image. Here is an example (click to enlarge) http://queensberry.s3.amazonaws.com/images/slideshow/brand/matted/pages/queensberry-album-pages-04a.jpg

Hi Tony, Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I've sent you an email in regards to this issue as well (this is the best way to contact us if Live Help is not available as we all get the emails). Please get back to us as soon as you can :)
