It's that time of year again! Time to spend with family and friends, take stock of the year been, and look forward to the year ahead. With that in mind, you'll be wanting to know how to ensure your clients receive their albums by December. To keep stress levels low, we recommend sticking to the timeline outlined below. So here goes...
We close at 3.30pm on Friday 22nd December 2017. We re-open at
We're opening earlier than usual in 2018 to allow enough time for sample orders for February trade shows.
Using our free album design service? We'll need your design order by Wednesday 18th October and your approval of our design by Friday 3rd November.
If you’re designing your own albums we'll need your orders by Friday 3rd November.
We then ask that you confirm your orders within a couple of days of receiving
We always manage to get work out after cut-off, but to ensure that it can be shipped in time, we ask that orders be placed by the beginning of November. This allows for an extra 5-10 days of manufacturing and peak season freight timelines.
Our print products like frames, boxes, canvases, Q-Book lights, and matted prints can be ordered right up until December, so there is a lot more time to get those orders to us. Specific details will be sent to you later in the year.
Just to reassure you again, yes, we generally get orders out that we’ve received way past the deadline. The advantage of ordering early is that you go to the front of the line … and give us plenty of time to ensure everything's correct and delivered promptly. With minimum stress all round!
January trade shows: If you need sample albums for early January shows, please get your orders in early so you'll have them before the close-down!
