Covid is still bringing all of us new and unique challenges — from unexpected lockdowns to supply chain issues — which means we need to play safe this year, and take a conservative approach to our end of year deadlines. So you can guarantee the smiling faces of your clients this holiday season!

In the past we've always stressed that these are guidelines, not deadlines, but this year we do encourage you to get your orders in by the following dates, to ensure we can deliver them before the holidays.

Our orders go up 3-400% before Christmas, and, since most of what we do is handmade to order, we publish these guidelines in the interests of a low-stress lead-up to the holidays.

Book and Albums:
If you need us to design your books and albums, please have your orders in by the 23rd of October and approved by the following dates.

US UK- Thursday 11th November
Australia - Monday 15th November
NZ - Tuesday 16th November

If you're designing the albums yourself, please have them placed by the above dates.

Books and albums need to be paid for within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation documents and invoice so they go into production as soon as possible.

Prints and Wall Art:

Frames, Canvases, Boxes: Midday Monday 6th of December NZT

Large Format Printing (Silver Halide & Fine Art): Tuesday 14th December NZT

Small Format Loose Printing: Thursday 16th December NZT
(We will accept loose print orders until 21st December but can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.)

Annual Holiday Close Down dates: This year Queensberry will be closing for our annual holiday on the afternoon of the 22nd NZT and opening again on the 13th of January, with a small skeleton crew coming in early to prep all the orders.

Thank you for reading and bring on the holiday season!

From the Queensberry Team
