"Happy holidays!" They'll be on us faster than you think … time to focus on family and friends, take stock of the year that's been, and look forward to the year ahead. Meantime you'll want to make sure your clients get their books, boxes, albums and frames in time. You'll find our closedown dates below. For a low-stress lead-up, we recommend sticking to the following timeline…
Books and albums — if we're designing them for you:
October 26: Please submit your design order by 26 October.
November 14: The design needs to be approved by 14 November, and the order confirmed and paid for within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation documents.
Books and albums — if you're designing them yourself:
November 14: Please place your order by 14 November, and confirm and pay within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation documents. Please reply to all confirmation emails or queries promptly to ensure that orders are not held up.
Samples for January:
If you have bridal fairs or expos coming up in January, please submit your sample album orders by the above dates so we can send them before we close down.
December 5: Last day for frame and canvas orders to be delivered before close-down.
December 14: Last day for loose print orders to be delivered before close-down.
December 18-19: Loose print orders will still be accepted but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Christmas closing and reopening dates
Close – Friday, 21 December.
Reopen – Thursday, 7 January (we're opening earlier than usual in 2019 to allow enough time to deliver sample orders for February trade shows).
Guidelines, not deadlines!
Just to reassure you, yes — we generally get orders out that we receive way past these dates. By ordering early you go to the front of the line … and give us plenty of time to ensure everything's correct and delivered promptly. With minimum stress all round!
