• Our album team begins work on your book.
• If you chose our Full Colour service, our lab team colour-correct your image files before printing them. If they discover problems of any sort with the files, they contact you and put your work on hold until they have your reply. If you chose our Print-Ready service your files will not be reviewed before printing. Always check them carefully before sending them to us.
  

Please note: all our albums are custom made for you. We cannot start making them until you’ve “confirmed” your order. Once you’ve confirmed, you cannot change your order in any way because it will go into production immediately.

Because these are custom-made products, the time your order spends in production does vary, especially during the peak season. Our emails will tell you the current delivery time.
