We’re only as good as the files you send us

We invite you to send us image files for test printing and for your evaluation and comment.

We’ll print these (a) as received, and (b) after colour correction by our staff, and return them without charge.

We’ll include with your test prints a free professional assessment of your image files by our technical specialists. Hopefully we’ll be able to deliver top quality results, but if we think we could do better we’ll discuss it with you.

If you use our Full Colour Service, this is an on-going process. We’ll review every job you send us before we print it, and get in touch if we foresee any problems.

Free proof prints of your first two confirmed album orders

We’ll also send (on request, without charge and freight free) proof prints of your first two confirmed album orders - so we can be sure we get your first album right first time.
