The purpose of this email is to encourage you to use Photojunction to send your orders, rather than faxing pen-and-paper orders, or using third party software. You’ve surely noticed how strongly we recommend Photojunction, so let us tell you why!

Photojunction is simply the best way to ensure we get CLEAR, UNAMBIGUOUS, COMPLETE album orders from you, and PRINTING THAT FITS OUR PAGES.

We can (and do) put lots of time into designing paper forms, or explaining all the extra details you’ll need to send us if you design your albums in Photoshop or some other third party software, but experience shows two things:

• A large percentage of orders we receive other than via Photojunction are missing vital information, which means the orders are held up while we query the clients.
• A large percentage of printing layouts we receive that have been created outside Photojunction are wrong in some respect (most often, the wrong size to fit the album).

So you can see why we like the software, but of course those same problems represent hassles for you. Add those benefits to the fact that, as a photographer you can save heaps of time on every wedding - and increase your sales - and Photojunction is almost a no-brainer!
