Here's a summary of the most important points to remember if you want your albums quickly…

The following points are fully covered in the five pages in this section.

• Use Photojunction to design your albums, send your orders and build your printing files.
• Check you printing files before you send them to us.
• Send everything for the order together (page layout files, cover image file, personal text, copy album orders etc).
• Keep each order separate (eg separate FTP uploads, separate CDs).
• ALWAYS quote the reference number we email you.
• Answer any queries, and confirm and pay for your order promptly, so your album gets in our production queue as quickly as possible.
• When the production clock starts ticking, allow plenty of time to get your album back (see our emails for an up-to-date estimate).
• Consider modifying your workflow if you have regular problems.
• Avoid the Christmas Rush if possible!
• And use our on-line Support Centre to get a fast response from us.
