Up to date and good to go

Noticed the little green check mark in the corner of your page layouts after exporting? And the lock symbols on the apertures?

PJ Remix displays the check mark and locks the apertures as a gentle reminder that editing the layout will make your exports out-of-date. You can unlock and edit if you wish, but then you’ll need to re-export. The green check mark will change to a red alert until you re-export.

What’s the point? We’re making sure that your prints will fit the album. Expensive if you get it wrong.

One catch. You can edit the file freely in Photoshop afterwards – but don’t change the file size, dpi, or position on the layout or you’ll create a mismatch.

    Hi Becks

That sounds like a tricky one. As the post describes, if you make changes the warning will appear but it should change once you've re-exported.

I think it might be best to get our Support team involved...

I'll point them to this post and have them get in touch with you, sorry for the trouble.

    Cheers

I have been given the all clear from a client and need to send the album off to print however i still have the red explanation marks on some of my pages. I have tried re-exporting a few times and even closing and relaunching then exporting with no luck.

    What's gone wrong?!?

Hi Becks - If you make any edits to the page design after exporting you'll get the red alert. Roll over the alert symbol and you'll see a message. If that doesn't help you'll need to contact Support: http://www.photojunction.com/forums/ or info@photojunction.com. - Cheers, Ian
