How Our Pricing Works
Because every album is different, the price is too
The cost of your album or press book will depend on its size, the number and type of pages, and the cover material and style.
It will also depend on whether or not we are designing, printing and/or assembling the album for you.
Finally we offer "added extras" such as upgraded packaging (carry cases and display boxes for albums, Mayu cases for press books), digital copies, wing and flip pages, as well as accessories such as DVD cases.
There is normally no extra charge for freight.

Once we've accepted you as a bona fide professional photographer or album designer you will be able to download our price lists and calculators for your region from this website. Click here to download (you'll need to register and/or log in first).
Discounts, extra charges and fine print
We offer certain discounts, especially for regular clients, which are detailed in the price list but not reflected in our price calculators.
We try to avoid hidden extras, but it's also worthwhile checking the price list for charges you may incur if you change your order, or if it's non-standard or requires extra work on our part.
How to use our price calculators
There are two sheets in our feature album price calculator. One sheet is for large formats and one for small. The formats (sizes) are listed across the top so you can compare the cost in different sizes. Start by entering the number of leaves or pages (each two sides), then select your cover and page preferences, your printing and design service options and any "added extras".
Just follow the instructions in the sheet. If any red warnings remain, you may have made an error, added something twice or missed a selection: just follow the instructions.

QUEENSBERRY PRESS AND MUSÉE
Press books are priced up in much the same way as our feature albums, and have their own price calculator.
Musée prices are all-inclusive and include the cover, up to 18 pages (36 sides), printing and assembly, as well as the Solander Box, a story folio (on request) and freight. Complementary design and colour correction services are also included. We do not offer a Musée calculator : just add the cost of any extra pages to the base cost.
