Our feature album cover prices include freight on sizes 10x7 and 9x9 and larger. That is, you can order any qualifying album from us and we'll ship it anywhere in the world for you free of charge (for details see your Price List).

Our website answers back

Our website is dedicated to keeping you informed about our products and services, but that's not all:

  • Queensberry Support Centre: Chase up orders, offer feedback, ask a question, ask for help, discuss marketing issues or whatever.

  • Queensberry Intranet: Access your account (including transaction details for the last six months), make payments, track orders in production and in transit. You'll need a password.

We get it right or we put it right

It doesn't matter whether you live in Birmingham England or Birmingham Alabama, our staff have one simple instruction: “If anything goes wrong, put it right.”

We're dedicated travellers

We'd love to visit you personally, but that's pretty difficult. Instead, we attend as many as we can of the major events in our main markets so that you can meet us personally, and touch and feel the product.

We also organise our own seminars and workshops with world class presenters.

We deal directly with you

Working through distributors is like threading a needle with gardening gloves.

Middle-men know less about you than you do yourself - and they know less about us than we do. So we’d rather talk to you than them. It makes the conversations simpler, and feedback indicates that our clients agree.

We're responsible for everything - door to door. There are no extra costs or charges (again, main markets only).
