“We can make your albums, colour-correct and print, and assemble and deliver the album ready for your clients. Think what you could do with the time you save.”
First, design your album... Our tour “How To Order An Album” takes you through the entire process step by step. It’s a great introduction. If you haven't watched it already, click here to go to our Home page so you can check it out. We strongly recommend Photojunction to design your albums and create the print files. You should check out the Photojunction Guide and Classroom Movies where necessary. If you chose not to use Photojunction, please use our Order Forms to order both albums and printing, and ensure that your prints comply with our File Specifications and are sized correctly to fit our albums.
...then send your order
Assuming you want us to do your printing, there are a few steps to complete after you’ve finished designing your album: Answer our “Album Supplier Option” questions (from Photojunction's Send Order screen – these questions give us further information we need to complete your album). Save your Album Order Files to Disk. Create the High-res page layouts for printing (important: it's essential to wait until you've finalised the album design before exporting the page layouts for printing – otherwise the album may not fit the prints; you can still retouch and/or colour correct the images in Photoshop, but DON'T resize, add, move or delete images). Once you’ve completed those steps, you’re ready to upload your order to us using LabFTP (the last step). Click here if you’d like more detailed information about sending Queensberry your order (including both albums and printing) using Photojunction. If another lab is printing for you You should follow the process described above, with few exceptions. Instead of using the Queensberry Lab Settings file in Photojunction, you’ll need to create a new Lab Settings file to suit your lab. This is simple, and only takes a few minutes, but do check if you’re unsure what your lab requires. Get these settings right, and you'll “do the right thing” from then on. Second, you will not be able to use LabFTP to send your files to your lab, as LabFTP uploads your files to Queensberry. You won't need LabFTP to send us your album order either: instead, send it to us directly from Photojunction, as explained in our Tour . Finally, if you want us to assemble your albums, but would prefer to send us third-party printing to assemble, click here for a few things to bear in mind.
If you change your order- PRE-PRODUCTION: An extra charge will apply if you change your order (for example if you change the album specifications, or if you modify page layouts). The extra charge is PER CHANGE, but the first three changes are FREE.
- IN PRODUCTION: Changes to orders that have already been confirmed, or gone into production, will incur an ADDITIONAL CHARGE, plus the cost of all work already done that must be discarded.
