October 9th, 2009 in There’s now only a little over three weeks until our November 1 deadline for December 2009 delivery, so here’s a reminder about our cut-off and closing dates – as well as a bit of advice to make ordering a Queensberry album as easy and stress-free as possible during this busy time.
Album order cut-off date
This year’s cut-off date for December delivery is 1 November 2009.
If we’re designing the album for you, the cut-off date is 15 October 2009.

Please plan well ahead to minimise deadline pressures. We’ll keep reminding you from time to time of the looming deadline!
Annual Close down
Queensberry will close at 3.30pm on 23 December 2009 and re-open at 8am on 14 January 2010.
Helpful advice to avoid delays to your order
Any of the following issues could delay your order or even prevent December despatch:
- Delays in us receiving your printing files.
- Information missing from your order, such as text for any personal titles or cover motifs.
- Delays in us getting replies to any order queries.
- Quality or specification problems with your image files.
- Delays in us getting your confirmation or arranging payment.
