His understanding of his customer, Queensberry, in fact everything. I am tired out, mentally drained by his endless enthusiasm.<br>I can't praise this man enough, he made me cry, he made me laugh, he made me think, he made me asses how I treat a shoot, he made me rethink how I approach a customer, he inspired me with his approach to album design, he has made me a better person.<br><br>Thanks Johannes and Queesberry. If you read JvK's blog (or his posts here) it is clear he can not only shoot, but has a very good understanding of the psychology of the client/photographer interaction and a realistic appreciation for the business side of things too.
