Queensberry Connects

A quickie!

I was recently reading a book by Charlie Trotter, an amazing chef with some fantastic observations on being in business.

This one rang incredibly true.

He said average food with outstanding service will always do better than amazing food with mediocre service.

There is no point in trying to be the best photographer in the world if you don’t look after your clients.

And conversely an okay photographer can do amazingly well by looking after their clients in the best way possible.

All the best, Johannes
