2009 cut-off dates

We understand that many of your clients will want their albums before the December holidays, and we want to help you keep them happy – and make ordering a Queensberry album easy and stress-free.

Seasonal peaks impact on our delivery times because we hand-make all our albums to order. Demand doubles during November and December and albums may take 4-6 weeks to deliver. This year’s cut-off date for December delivery is 1 November 2009 . Please plan well ahead to minimise deadline pressures and possible disappointment. We will remind you from time to time of the looming deadline!

To ensure December 2009 delivery
We need your order (including all image files if we’re printing the cover or pages) by 1 November. We need answers to all queries along with your final confirmation and payment arrangements within two working days of us sending you the order confirmation document. Your order cannot go into production until then.

If we’re designing the album for you, the cut-off date is 15 October. We need confirmation of the design by 1 November and queries answered and payment received within two working days of us sending you your confirmation document.

Annual close-down
Queensberry will close at 3.30pm on 23 December 2009 and re-open at 8am 14 January 2010. We will have a few of our Office team back from 7 January to handle any questions you might have, and keep album orders processing to minimize delays.

Rest Assured…
We always get a major amount of “post cut-off” work out before we close for our summer break. If you miss the deadline we will still be working hard to produce your orders, but December despatch cannot be guaranteed.

Sample albums for January 2010 bridal shows
The deadlines above apply if you need us to despatch albums before 23 December in time for early January shows. For bridal shows towards the end of January or in February, please remember to allow a minimum of 18-20 working days in production. Remember we are closed from 23 December – 14 January so this period is not included in the production time.

Helpful advice to avoid delays to your order
Any of the following issues could delay your order or even prevent December despatch:

1. Delays in us receiving your printing files.
2. Information missing from your order, such as text for any personal titles or cover motifs.
3. Delays in us getting replies to any order queries.
4. Quality or specification problems with your image files.
5. Delays in us getting your confirmation or arranging payment.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All the best from the Queensberry Client Support team
