Our goal for each wedding that we photograph is to capture images that will “tell a story” and at the same time make the bride look beautiful and feel like a star! By blending documentary photography with style and art we provide our clients with the very product they long after - images with style and a sense of realness to them; images that speak with emotion and joy! Every bride/groom and their families have a unique and dynamic story waiting to be told. As photographers, we have a natural sense and responsibility to document this story through moving and descriptive photographs. The story should be told with creativity and freedom in a way that makes the presentation a “one of a kind” keepsake. Our choice for this important creative process and presentation includes Queensberry album layout software- Photojunction and Queensberry’s handmade books. It just makes sense to us and most importantly to our precious and discriminating clients!

Awards and Recognition2006- Mike received an Accolade of Excellence for an album he entered in the 2006 WPPI album competition. The studio also received high scores for several prints that were entered in the WPPI International print competition in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mike is an outstanding member of the following organizations: WPPI, PPA, and the DWF(digital Wedding Forum). Mike has also been published in several wedding magazines, including The Knot, Modern Bride and Grace Ormond’s “Wedding Style” Mike Kehr Photography was also chosen by Rangefinder Magazine as “The Studio of the Month” for December 2006.
