And although sometimes it feels easiest to speak to someone directly, often it's better to message the team, or look up our online resources. (Often it's quicker too, especially if you're on the other side of the world in a completely different time zone.) I'll discuss all three here, but however you contact us, we're definitely here to help!

When you call one of our free phone numbers, we're aware that the lines can be busy, or that it could be out of business hours, and if so we encourage you to leave a message. Your message will go into a support queue that's reviewed by the whole team, which means that we can get back to you quickly.
Make sure you include your account number, the reason you are calling, and an order number (if relevant). That way we can have answers ready for you the moment we speak to you!
