It’s hard to believe how time flies … Before you know it we’ll be gearing up for that crazy fun-filled time we call Christmas. A time for holidays … and family … and at Queensberry, for getting those precious photographs into albums for everyone to share over the holidays!

It’s also time to think about getting your sample albums ready for the January shows.

Which means that, for your peace of mind, and to allow us time to handcraft your order, it’s time to remind you of our holiday cut-off dates, so you’ll be sure to receive your albums and books before the holidays. We’re very proud of our track record, including getting orders out the door that we receive post cut-off. But sticking to the following timeline will keep the stress levels low!

So here goes…

We close at 3.30pm on Thursday 22nd December 2016 and re-open at 8am Monday 16th January 2017 (a few of our office team will be back a week earlier to handle orders and enquiries).

If you’re using our free album design service we'll need your design order by Monday 24th October and your approval of our design by Monday 7th November.

If you’re designing your own albums we'll need your orders by Monday 7th November.

We then ask that you confirm your orders within a couple of days of receiving our order confirmation document.

Our cut-off date for frames, boxes, canvases, Q-Book lights, and matted prints will not be until December, so there is a lot more time to get those orders to us. Specific details will be sent to you later in the year.

Just to reassure you again, yes, we generally get orders out that we’ve received way past the deadline. The advantage of ordering early is that you go to the front of the line … and give us plenty of time to ensure everything's correct and delivered promptly. With minimum stress all round!

January bridal shows: If you need sample albums for early January shows, please get your orders in early so you'll have them before the close-down!
