After Catherine and Michael became engaged at the Islington Hotel in Hobart it was the obvious choice when they chose to elope.

When they returned for the wedding the focus was on a relaxed day with fantastic food, wine and the company of their closest friends and family.

They were photographed by Jonathan Wherrett

Phyllis & James were married on December the 10th, 2011 at a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the Lone Pine Lawn of the historic Vaucluse House in Sydney.

The couple chose Trish Lee of Tealily Photography to capture their day. Phyllis wore Louboutin heels and a J’aton couture gown. Just gorgeous! And their reception was at Fort Denison.

They chose a Duo 14x10H album, with a cover in Onyx Micro Leather.

Here are a few layouts from their album.

Nathalie & Emmanuel were married earlier this year at Dune du pyla in Arcachon, France. They were photographed by David Cardoso of Davidone Photography.

Nathalie’s dress was made by French couturier Laurent Kapelski.

They also had a very cool ‘day after’ shoot where they could really relax and have fun with a little “trash the dress” style!

David also teamed up with Dolly Production to create a really beautiful film of this album.

They were photographed by Romain Negre.

Here’s what Romain had to say about their wedding day.

“Today, thanks to Cathy and Nicolas, I discovered a new feeling… Shivering… You had me shivering several times while crying tears of joy and I can only be grateful for those magic moments spent with you! It is for these moments of sharing that I love wedding photography.”

Their day was romantic and full of love and happiness – take a look at a few layouts from their 18x10H Duo Pagemount album below. (1/2 photofront cover with Contemporary Leather in Iron.)

It’s nearly the holiday season again, so what better way to celebrate than with a wedding held on the 1st of January this year with a little bit of that christmas feeling! Yukiko and Alex were married at The Church of the Ascension in Burghclere, Hampshire, England, and photographed by Ryan Browne.

The reception was held at Highclere Castle which is the set of the ITV drama Downton Abbey and is an amazing setting for a wedding.

Ryan says “It was a winter wedding, and with the ceremony quite late on in the day Yukiko and Alex chose to have their portraits shot before the Church ceremony. There is a nice sequence in the album when they see each other for the first time which was a great moment to capture.”

Here are a few layouts from their Duo 18x12H album with Contemporary Leather Graphite cover.

Carla and Tim got married on the 4th of June 2011 at Whirlowbrook Hall. Here’s what Carla said about her photographer. “Steve Gerrard was one of our first wedding bookings. His style of photography is artistically modern with more than a hint of super-cool. Because you’re around your photographer a lot, it’s really important to get someone who is on your wavelength & Steve was very much that. Through Steve’s pictures, I could kind of get an idea how our wedding was going to be portrayed and what our album was going to end up like which was really exciting.”

They are a very cool couple in love and their day was perfect!

Here’s a very cool wedding video in stop-motion, created by Auckland team Bayly & Moore.

“Marina + Andy got married in immaculately detailed style in the gorgeous old Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy. Featuring a classic town hall, an inside swing, brand new moustaches, vintage fur trimmings and a New York finish, these guys nailed every wonderful moment!”

Ashley Loh and Chad Mumm were married at Sodo Park in Seattle on August 20th this year. They were photographed by Laurel McConnell.

Ashley’s style was romantic, she had her grandmother’s broach re-purposed into a handmade birdcage veil and also wore a really stylish silk belt. And Chad was very James Bond in his tux! The venue was beautiful and historic – set in the heart of the industrial district. Their decor was romantic yet rustic, with herbs for the boutonnieres and eucalyptus candles scenting the room. They even had signature cocktails concocted just for them by a well known New York cocktail maker.

Here are a few layouts from the 14x10H Duo sample album created by Laurel.

Lauren and Colin were photographed by Leah Kua at a location that is very special to them – their family property in Kurrajong, New South Wales, Australia. This was their beloved engagement session in preparation for their wedding this year on December 9. They chose a 10×7 Duo to showcase their favourite beloved images as a guest book. This book will eventually become a set, along with their Queensberry wedding album.

“Beloved sessions are so incredibly close to my heart as an artist” Leah says, “they are so unique because they capture and celebrate the true beauty and uniqueness of a couples relationship. As their family grows and changes Lauren and Colin may move away from here some day and I was so excited to have not only their relationship captured, but their lives, their gorgeous daughter Grace and their sweet little dog Angel (who they made sure to include as well).”

Here are a few layouts from their guest book album.
